Frequently asked questions

Does the price change if I add more members?
No. DealFlux charges a fixed price per organisation, regardless of the number of users within your plan limit. This is a strong differentiator compared to per-seat tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
What does onboarding include?
With an annual subscription, onboarding is included: initial configuration, data import, and training for your admin team. With a monthly subscription, onboarding is charged separately at €500.
Can I switch plans mid-subscription?
Yes. Upgrades (Starter → Network, Network → Scale) are possible at any time, prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Are discounts available?
Yes — for 2-year commitments (−10%), non-profit associations (−15%), organisations affiliated with a partner federation (−20%), and very small new organisations (<20 members). Contact us for a personalised quote.
Where is data hosted?
Data is hosted in the European Union, fully GDPR-compliant. You own your data and can export it as CSV at any time.
Is there a free trial?
It starts with an online demo (Zoom) tailored to your workflow, optionally followed by a 3-month trial on up to 10 projects to evaluate DealFlux in real conditions before committing.
